How it works
If you can send an email, you can do this. Here's the whole process, start to finish.
Pick a package and check out
Choose a one-time package, a monthly care plan, or both. Checkout is handled securely by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.
Answer five simple questions
After checkout, you'll fill in a short form: your email, your business name, what your business does, which package you chose, and anything else we should know. A sentence or two is fine — no essays, no tech terms.
HeyYou builds everything
HeyYou — your AI business assistant — researches your business and your area, then builds your website, branding, and materials. This usually takes a few days.
A real person reviews it all
Before you ever see it, a real person quality-checks everything HeyYou made: wording, images, links, and contact details. Nothing sloppy goes out the door.
You approve, then it goes live
You look everything over and tell us what to change. Nothing goes live without your approval. We aim to have your website ready for review within about a week of the form, and we'll confirm your timing when we start.
Who does the work?
Our AI team, led by HeyYou, does the building: websites, logos, words, images, and posts. A real person reviews every job before it reaches you. Think of HeyYou as a very fast assistant with a careful human supervisor.
You'll never need to learn any software. You talk to HeyYou in plain words — "change my hours to 9 to 5," "write a post about our anniversary sale" — and it gets done.
What counts as a "HeyYou request"?
One request is one job you ask HeyYou to do. For example:
- Update your hours, menu, or prices on the site
- Write a week's worth of social media posts
- Design a flyer for an event
- Add a new page for a new service
- Write an announcement for a holiday sale
Monthly plans include a set number of requests. If you run out, top-up packs add more — and they never expire.
What about my ad money?
If you add Ad Management, HeyYou creates and manages your ads — but your ad budget stays in your own Google or Meta account, on your own card. We never hold, pool, or touch your ad money. You can see every dollar spent, anytime, in your own account.
