Terms of Service

1. What ServiyouSites is

ServiyouSites builds and manages websites and online systems for your existing business. Your assistant is HeyYou — an AI service with human review behind every job. You talk to HeyYou in plain words; we do the technical work.

2. What you own

You own everything about your business. Your business name, your brand, your domain name, your website content, your customer list, your accounts, your money, and your decisions. We operate the machinery; you own the machine. If you ever cancel and leave, your website and everything in it goes with you.

3. What we sell

• Website package ($129 one-time): a finished business website, built for you and reviewed by a person before delivery.
• Business-in-a-Box ($299 one-time): a website plus branding basics (logo, colors, wording) and setup help — concrete web and creative work for your existing business.
• Care plans (monthly): Starter $29/month (5 requests), Business $59/month (15 requests), Full $99/month (40 requests). One request is one job you ask HeyYou to do — update a page, write posts, design a flyer, and so on.
• Request top-ups (one-time): 5 requests for $10, or 15 requests for $25. Top-up requests never expire.
• Ad Management ($49/month plus your own ad spend): we manage your ads; you pay the ad platforms (like Google or Facebook) directly from your own account. We never hold your ad money.
• Marketing-in-a-Box: Starter Marketing Pack ($29 one-time), Full Month Marketing Pack ($59 one-time), Custom Campaign ($39 one-time), and Ongoing Marketing ($49/month) — done-for-you posts, images, emails, and campaigns. You approve everything before it's sent.
• Career Studio: Resume Upgrade ($19 one-time) and Complete Job Application Package ($39 one-time) — résumé and job-application help built from your real experience.
• Custom Job ($19 one-time): one custom digital item (flyer, template, menu, spreadsheet, document, and the like). We confirm the scope before starting; see section 14.
• Digital downloads (Business Kits and Smart Tools): downloadable files you buy from the site. After checkout you can download them from your My HeyYou page; the files are yours to keep. See section 12.

All prices are in US dollars. If tax applies where you live, it's added at checkout.

4. How monthly plans work

• Care plan requests reset each billing month. Unused requests don't roll over — except top-ups, which never expire.
• You can cancel a monthly plan anytime. No phone call needed.
• Cancelling stops future charges. It doesn't refund the current month — see our Refund Policy.
• Your website stays yours after cancellation. Care requests simply stop at the end of the billing month.

5. How the work gets done

• After checkout, you fill in a short onboarding form. A person reviews it, then HeyYou gets to work.
• Every job is reviewed by a real person before it's delivered to you.
• You approve everything with a simple yes, or tell us what to change.
• We need your input to finish: business details, content, feedback. If we have to wait on you, delivery waits too.
• Delivery times on the site are honest estimates, not guarantees.

6. What we will never promise

We will never promise you income, profit, customers, sales, ad results, passive income, or easy wealth. We build and manage digital systems. What your business earns depends on you, your market, and a hundred things outside our control. Anyone who promises otherwise isn't being honest with you.

7. Fair use of the service

• Use the service for your real business, and treat HeyYou and our people with basic respect.
• Don't use the service for anything illegal, deceptive, or harmful to others.
• Don't try to break, copy, or misuse our systems.
• If we reasonably believe you're using the service for fraud, abuse, or illegal activity, we can pause or end your service. We'll tell you why.

8. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. If a payment fails, we'll let you know so you can fix it; service may pause until payment goes through.

9. Our responsibility, fairly stated

We work hard to get everything right, and a person reviews every job. But no service is perfect. To the extent the law allows:

• The service is provided "as is," without warranties beyond what we state here.
• If something goes wrong on our end, our responsibility is limited to what you paid us for the service involved.
• We're not responsible for losses from things outside our control — internet outages, ad platform changes, or business decisions you make.

10. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll post the new version here and update the date. Big changes will come with an email. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.

12. Digital downloads

Business Kits and Smart Tools are digital products:

• After checkout, your files are available to download from your My HeyYou page.
• The files are yours to keep — save a copy on your own computer, because your account access could change if you cancel or stop paying.
• Tools and calculators are helpers for your business thinking; they are not financial, tax, or legal advice. Use your own judgment (and a professional) for big decisions.

13. Career Studio

Our Career Studio improves how your real experience is presented on résumés, cover letters, LinkedIn profiles, and interview answers:

• We will never invent jobs, degrees, or credentials you don't have. If something isn't in the résumé you paste for us, it doesn't go in what we write.
• You approve everything before you use it, and you're responsible for what's true on your application — check our work like you'd check your own.

14. Custom jobs

• One Custom Job purchase covers one digital item (a flyer, an invoice template, a menu, a spreadsheet, a document, and the like).
• After checkout you describe the job in the onboarding form. We review it and confirm the scope before starting.
• If the job turns out to be bigger than one item, we tell you the real price first — you decide whether to go ahead. Never a surprise charge.
• The finished item is yours to keep, just like any other work we deliver.
